One neighbour, who did not wish to be named, said: "It has been a nightmare ever since it started. Neighbours said the five bedroom detached house has been lent out to large groups of people for weekends since March. The property is owned by a Stephen Millar and let by local millionaire businessman Max Walker, Officials from Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council said they had received 29 complaints since March. They made numerous attempts to get the owners to clamp down on the anti-social behaviour displayed by their tenants but each time were ignored.
Lee Tharme, anti-social behaviour officer for BCP Council, told magistrates in Poole, said: "There have been large parties at the address - stag and hen parties, although there have been family parties as well. There's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi at the front of the property.

However, even after the letter was received, further parties were held at the address, it was heard. On one occasion, the house was double-booked, and the second party was moved to another Bournemouth property. Mr Tharme said further noise complaints were received from neighbours of that address.
He added: "It's the same people involved [in both addresses]. They have a total disregard for people. The court heard that Mr Millar believed the property was being used as a family home, although prosecutors alleged text messages between Walker and Millar prove both were aware of its use and had 'spun a tale' for the court.
